What is 18-BIT


18-BIT is the number of bits representing data values in electronic components, meaning that each data value is represented by 18 binary digits.

18-bit data has high precision and relatively large dynamic range, so it is used in various applications such as audio and video signals, image and sensor data, etc.

For example, an 18-bit A/D converter processes input signals by converting them into 18-bit digital values.

These transducers are used in scientific and industrial applications where highly accurate measurements are required.

In addition, the 18-bit DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) converts digital signals into analog signals and outputs them.

These DACs are used for high-speed data transmission and precise signal reproduction.
