What is AUTOMATION


In electronics, “automation” means implementing a system or process that works or operates without human intervention.

In the field of electronic components, automation includes technologies and concepts for designing, implementing, and operating systems with automated functions.

Automation is used in a variety of applications. Some examples are:

Automated production systems: Electronic components play an important role in automated production systems.

In an automated production line or factory, tasks such as assembly, inspection, and packaging of products are automatically performed using electronic components.

This improves productivity and saves manpower.

Automatic control system: You can build an automatic control system using electronic components.

It utilizes sensors, controls, and actuators to automatically sense, analyze, and manipulate the system.

For example, thermostat systems or automatic lighting systems operate and regulate themselves automatically through electronics.

Automotive systems: In automobiles, various electronic components are used to implement automated functions.

For example, automatic door locks, automatic lane keeping assist systems, and automatic parking systems utilize electronic components to provide automated functions.

Implementing automation using electronic components can improve work efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

It can also be used where human intervention is reduced or eliminated, and automated systems or devices play a huge role in supporting and providing convenience to us in industrial settings and daily life.
