What is BRUSHLESS


In electronic components, Brushless refers to a brushless motor, also called a brushless or brushless motor.

A brushless motor is a type of electric motor that, unlike traditional brushed (DC) motors, is operated by a controller responsible for electrical conversion between rotating and stationary magnets.

These motors do not require brushes and commutators to energize the rotating magnet directly, which provides many advantages.

Brushless motors have the following features and advantages:

High efficiency: Brushless motors operate efficiently with low energy loss.

The absence of brushes and commutators reduces frictional losses and enables more efficient power transfer.

High reliability and durability: Brushless motors do not have brushes and commutators, so there is no wear and malfunction of these parts.

This provides long life and high reliability.

Small size and light weight: Brushless motors are compact and lightweight while supporting high-speed rotation and high power output.

This increases design freedom in a variety of applications, such as electronics and automobiles.

Accurate control and high-speed response: Brushless motors provide precise speed and position control through the controller and high response.

This is useful for precise motion control required in cars, drones, robots, etc.
