What is CAPACITANCE


In electronic components, capacitance is a physical property that indicates the ability to store electrically stored energy.

Capacitance is caused by the effect of an electrical force between two electrically polarized electrodes.

The size of the capacitance is determined by the distance between the electrodes, the size of the electrodes, and the permittivity of the material filled between the electrodes.

Capacitance plays a very important role in electrical circuits.

Capacitance can be used to perform various functions such as storing electrical energy and filtering and amplifying electrical signals.

Capacitance is a key component of an electronic component called a capacitor, and is used in many electrical circuits.
