What is COMPOSITE

In electronic components, COMPOSITE is generally used as a term for composite materials.

Composite materials are materials composed of two or more different materials combined, each with its own individual properties, often providing complementary properties.

In electronic components, the term COMPOSITE mainly indicates the material of a component or is sometimes applied to the structure of a specific part or device.

For example, COMPOSITE RESISTOR can mean a resistor manufactured by combining several types of resistors.

Combinations of these resistors are used to adjust the resistance value and provide specific electrical characteristics.

As another example, COMPOSITE MATERIAL can be used for a board of an electronic component or a component of a device.

Substrates used in electronic devices are often composed of composite materials, which are made by combining multiple materials to improve electrical properties, thermal conductivity, and mechanical strength.

Therefore, COMPOSITE can be used as a term applied to various combinations of materials or structures in electronic components.

Through this, the function, performance, and durability of electronic parts can be improved.
