What is DYNAMIC

In electronic parts, 'Dynamic' is used as a term meaning something that moves or changes. Dynamic is contrasted with static, and indicates a state or characteristic that is changing or active.

In electronics, the term dynamic can be used in many different ways:

Dynamic Memory: Refers to the type of memory used in computer systems, such as random access memory (RAM). Dynamic Memory is used to temporarily store data, and retains data only as long as power is connected. On the other hand, static memory can retain data even without power.

Dynamic Range: A term used in electronics and acoustics to indicate the difference between the lowest and highest levels of a measurement range. The higher the dynamic range, the less noise and distortion, and the more accurate representation of differences in sound pressure or signal strength.

Dynamic Component: Refers to a part with changeable parameters in a circuit. These dynamic components are used to control or change the operation of a circuit.

Dynamic Behavior: The behavior of a circuit or system changes over time. This behavior is characteristic of a dynamic system, which means a system that responds dynamically according to the input signal.

Dynamic means changing or moving over time, so it is an important concept in many electronic components and systems. These dynamic characteristics affect various application fields such as circuit operation, signal processing, and data storage.
