What is EPOXY

In electronic parts, 'Epoxy' is a type of synthetic resin widely used as a strong adhesive and insulating material. Epoxy is widely used in various industries and plays a very important role in electronic component manufacturing and assembly processes.

Key features of Epoxy include:

Strong adhesion: Epoxy has strong adhesion and is used to firmly bond various materials. It is used to attach various parts to PCB (Printed Circuit Board) in electronic component assembly.

Insulation: Epoxy has excellent insulation properties, so it is used to prevent electrical contact and protect electronic components. It is also used for protection against shock and vibration in electronic circuits due to its high electrical insulation properties.

Chemical resistance: Epoxy is highly resistant to many chemicals. This protects electronic components from water, contaminants or other corrosive substances.

Low-temperature and high-temperature bonding: Epoxy can be used reliably at low and high temperatures, and can be used in various temperature environments in various industries.

Low UV Curing: Epoxy can be rapidly cured by exposure to UV light, making it an efficient use in manufacturing.

In electronic components, Epoxy is often used to secure and protect components on PCBs. It is also widely used to bind other parts, to seal certain parts, and to manufacture reliable electronic products.
