What is FRICTION

In electronic parts, friction is an important factor related to the performance and safety of electronic parts.

Friction is the force that occurs when two parts come into contact with each other with frictional force.

In electronic parts, friction occurs in various parts.

For example, friction generated from rotating parts affects the performance and lifespan of electronic parts.

In addition, friction on printed circuit boards (PCBs) can affect the reliability and stability of electronic components.

Friction is determined by the contact area between parts, friction coefficient and pressure.

Various technologies are used to manage friction in electronic components.

For example, there are methods such as applying lubricant to the surface of parts to reduce frictional force between parts, or using bearings in areas with high frictional force.

In addition, in PCB, technologies such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology) are used to reduce the contact area between components.

In electronic components, friction directly affects performance, safety and lifespan.

Therefore, it is important to minimize the frictional force between parts and ensure safety and reliability by considering friction in the design and manufacturing process of electronic parts.
