What is LOSS

Loss in electronic components means power loss.

Power loss in electronic components usually occurs as heat, and the power loss that occurs while operating electronic components affects the performance and lifespan of electronic components.

There are two main types of loss in electronic components.

The first is the resistive loss that occurs when current flows, which usually occurs in coils, resistors, diodes, etc.

The second type is Reflective Loss, which occurs when current flows through it, usually in wires, cables, routers, etc.

Loss that occurs in electronic parts usually affects the efficiency and performance of parts, so it is important to minimize loss.

To this end, various technologies and methods are used to reduce loss in the process of designing and manufacturing electronic parts.

For example, selecting appropriate materials, optimizing part size and shape, and designing cooling systems.
