What is USB

USB stands for Universal Serial Bus and is a standard interface for connecting computers and peripherals.

USB is used in many electronic components and can be connected to various devices such as keyboards, mice, printers, external hard drives, and mobile phones.

USB is commonly used for data transfer and power supply.

The data transfer rate depends on the USB version, the latest version, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, provides a transfer rate of 20 Gbps per second.

USB also comes in many sizes and shapes.

Commonly used USB types include USB-A, USB-B, and USB-C, which are selected for compatibility with the device being connected.

Many electronic components use a USB interface to communicate with a computer and can be powered through a portable charger.

USB is currently one of the most commonly used interfaces in electronics.
