What is inductance


Inductance is one of the important concepts in electronic components.

Inductance is a measure of the degree of electromagnetic interaction that occurs between two objects that are electrically adjacent to each other.

Inductance is mainly used in electronic components such as coils and transformers.

Coils use the magnetic field created by currents flowing in the same direction to induce different currents.

Thus, inductance is used to convert electrical energy into magnetic energy or magnetic energy into electrical energy.

Inductance is determined by the construction, material, and metering method of a particular coil or electronic component. The inductance value may vary depending on the current in the coil, the winding winding, and the size of the coil.

Inductance values are measured in Henrys and play an important role in the design and analysis of electronic components.
